    I am the Sales Administrator at Guardian Telecom.

    Prior to Guardian Telecom, I spent 9 years as a Learning and Knowledge Management Administrator at ENMAX specializing in communications, creating technical and process related documentation which I uploaded to an Internal website. I also maintained the internal website. I participated in several projects to help the company run more efficiently such as Internal Employee Website, New Knowledgebase (SharePoint driven) and better Software to make tasks easier to complete.

    Prior to ENMAX, I worked as a Network Administrator at DDS for 5 years. This involved improving the company PCs, the Network itself and recommending software that would make the technical side of the business run smoothly.

    I have an Information Technology & Network Administration Degree from CDI College and a Business Education Degree from Saint Vincent’s High School, as well as several courses taken at ENMAX to ensure knowledge and capability of creating Learning and Training materials for Adults. All this experience has led to my strengths: timely and quality decision making, priority setting, innovative and creative thinking, action oriented, results driven, team building skills and the ability to marshal resources as required.
