Kevin Sera’s career of more than 30 years has been focused in the high technology sector. Starting out in the electronics manufacturing of cellular communications equipment, he held positions in the Engineering/Technology positions for over 10 years and then moved on to managerial positions to include, Production Engineering Manager, Operations Manager and most recent, Director of Engineering with Guardian Telecom. During this time, he’s been involved with the technology community, supporting technology consortiums, quality and lean implementations. Kevin has been with Guardian Telecom for over 8 years with the key focus of supporting and developing technology for the industrial communications industry and hazardous locations safety. He enjoys working with customers and developing solutions. When not working, he enjoys various activities to include scuba diving, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin has been a key player in implementation and R&D development of numerous custom solutions for customers furthering his extensive knowledge in solving customers unique telecom issues. Kevin will bring this experience to bear as he solves and recommends solutions for our customers.
