Starting with one-on-one private communications, Guardian equipment delivers features that respond to - not dictate - client needs. Common features include call holding, call transferring, call waiting, conference calling and calling off-site. Guardian also provides custom-designed paging and public address systems. Individual station paging or customer-defined zone paging lets people hear messages they should hear, not a stream of noise that sooner or later gets tuned out. More Performance. Guardian can design open architecture systems to meet a customer's special needs while at the same time easily and economically connecting with telephone networks and equipment provided by Guardian or other suppliers. Guardian's hazardous environment telephones end the trade-off by providing unquestionably safe yet highly-effective communications in one telephone. Guardian's hazardous area telephones go further by: Providing easy connection to existing telephone systems Allowing flexibility to connect up to five telephones on one line, up to ~4,600 meters (15,000 feet) from the telephone switch, all without degrading voice quality. Our hazardous area telephones give you safety, quality, reliability, flexibility and capabilities all in one system - without compromise. Vandal Resistant Telephones All too often, communications equipment in public areas is more likely to be abused by rough use or vandalism than by the elements. Guardian's vandal resistant equipment is designed to endure public abuse and tampering as well as low or high temperatures, dust, water and corrosion. Hazardous Area Public Address/Paging Systems Many hazardous sites still require full-feature communications. Guardian's public address/paging system is approved for locations where flammable gasses, vapours, dusts or fibers may be present. Land and offshore drilling rigs depend on these systems to provide the flexibility and reliability of a telephone and yet stand up to the most punishing weather conditions. Accessories Because any telephone can be connected using standard wiring, adding to or changing Guardian systems is easy.
