Cory Tamagi Cory Tamagi – President & CEOMr. Tamagi serves as President & CEO of Guardian Telecom Ltd. and is responsible for the operations, corporate leadership and direction of the company. He has over 30 years of professional experience in both publicly-traded and private corporations, the majority of which have been in executive positions in telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate and transportation & logistics.
Preceding his appointment at Guardian, Mr. Tamagi served as both the CEO and CFO of Circa Enterprises Inc. He has held various financial positions and worked in operational roles as a truck driver and warehouseman.
Mr. Tamagi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Angie Hulshof VP Finance & CFO
As the VP Finance & CFO, Mrs. Hulshof leads the accounting/finance, IT, communications and administration of Guardian Telecom. She is responsible for financial stewardship, accounting & financial reporting, internal control, tax, corporate finance, treasury, risk management, and administration.

Mr. Epp is responsible for both the Sales and Engineering of Guardian Telecom Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in positions in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Software, and Automation.

Calgary, AB – Circa Enterprises Inc. (TSVX-CTO) (“Circa”), a manufacturer of equipment for the telecommunication, electrical utility, and construction industries, announced today that is has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Teletics Inc. (“Teletics”), a manufacturer and supplier of fully monitored, ruggedized wireless voice and data devices. The business will operate as a separate business line within the Telecom segment of Circa Enterprises Inc.

Guardian Telecom to provide communications package for Toronto Transit Project
Guardian Telecom, a division of Circa Enterprises Inc., is pleased to announce it will design and build ruggedized telecommunications equipment in collaboration with Allstream Business Inc. to deliver Public Assistance and Safety Communications packages for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT Project in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Together Guardian Telecom and Allstream designed nine custom engineered solutions for the Eglinton Crosstown project that will meet stringent architectural, technical, regulatory and environmental requirements so that transit users are provided a safe and reliable communication system. Guardian designs and manufactures it’s telephony products at its Calgary Alberta facility and its structural stanchions and enclosures at its Vaughan, Ontario facility.
